• DAY 1 : Start journey Delhi / Chandigarh to Shimla – check In – Overnight stay
• DAY 2 : Local Sightseeing – Kufri – Overnight stay

DAY 1: Departure from Delhi / Chandigarh to Shimla

• Reach to the Boarding Point (on your self expense)
• Departure in morning & full day journey to Shimla in Cab.
• Pit stop for Lunch at any decent roadside restaurant (self expense of tourist)
• Arrival in Shimla , Check In , Dinner & Overnight stay
• Inclusions : Transportation+ Dinner + Stay
• Important: AC will not work in mountains (From Himachal Border)

DAY 2: Shimla Local Sightseeing & Kufri

• Wake up , Have breakfast and leave for local Shimla sightseeings
• Visit Kufri Adventure point , Mall Road , The Ridge & The Christ Church
• Back to Hotel , Dinner and Overnight stay
• Inclusions : Transportation + Sightseeings + Dinner + Stay

DAY 3: Manali to Shimla Full day Journey

• Wake up , Have breakfast & Head towards Manali
• Visit Pandoh Dam , Vaishno Mata temple and shopping points in Kullu
• Check in to the hotel , Have Dinner & Overnight stay

DAY 4: Manali local Sightseeing

• Have breakfast at the Hotel
• After relaxing, head to Hidimba Temple, Mall Road, Van Vihar and Buddhist Monastery.
• Head to the magical street of Old Manali for cafe hopping (Self visit).
• Inclusions : Transportation + Breakfast + sightseeing + Bonfire + Music Night + Dinner + Stay

DAY 5: Solang Valley

• Wake up and have breakfast at Hotel
• Depart for the Solang valley
• Come back to the hotel for dinner, and have a sound sleep.
• Overnight Stay at Hotel.

DAY 6: Kullu – Kasol – Manikaran & Return

• Wake up and Check out.
• Head towards Kullu for River Rafting and Paragliding (Self expense of tourists)
• Visit Manikaran & Cafe’s at Kasol + Overnight journey to Delhi

DAY 7: Arrival in Delhi.

• Reach Delhi / Chandigarh

Information

• Rates may change during festivals or peak season (i.e. New Year, Holi, Diwali, Long Weekends etc.).
• Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner charges will be according to Hotel Policies.
• Similar hotels will be given in case selected hotels are sold out/ under maintenance/ have service issues.
• Free stay facilities for Children below 5 years in a parent’s room without extra bed and meals.
• Milk/Meal Charges for infants or children below 5 years are directly payable at a hotel.
• Extra charges applicable for Local sightseeing if you delay in sightseeing more than 3-4 hours.
• Local Sightseeing is only for 3-4 hours, after that you may have to pay 200INR per hour to the driver directly
• Check in time will be 12:00 noon and early check-in will be subject to availability and an extra charge applies.
• Children between 5-12 Years & Adults (Above 12 yrs.) will cost extra according to company’s policies.
• Adventure activities will be on your own expenses and subject to weather conditions as per Govt Policies.
• Freebies and Discounts offered by Midlife Holidays are for a limited time only. After that regular rates / inclusions will be applicable. Thus,
• guests are advised to book their package before the cut off dates.
• While traveling, Midlife Holidays shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any baggage, personal belongings, or valuables. We strongly recommend guests to carefully manage and secure their personal items at all times during the journey.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration Charges are non refundable and transferable.
• If cancellations are made within 7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancel 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancel 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of tour package amount will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same. In case of Lockdown in destination place, credit shell will be released, you can use it in future bookings, after deduction of IRCTC/Airline Cancellation Charges.
• Registration Charges are non refundable. In case of Any Refund, Credit shell will be issued, which can be used further in Any trip within 365 days of issue. 

Terms & Condition

• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the first day of trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip.
• Standard check in time 11 AM so early check in subject to availability. Your cooperation will be appreciable.
• Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal( AC will not work on hills ).
• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest. Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager without any refunds.
• Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Registration once booked cannot be cancelled , transferred and exchanged. Travellers have to wait for repair if in case breakdown the vehicle. Travellers are sole responsible for any mishappening, theft, loss, injuries, illegal activities such as carry banned drugs, unlawful activities during the tour.
• No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a travel company and we aspire to bring to you a hassle free and memorable experience.
• In case of breakdown of the vehicle ,travellers have to wait for repair or other alternate option arranged by the company. , If in case 4by4 pickup vehicle require due to heavy snow or road jam client should pay extra Travelers are sole responsible for any mishappening , theft , loss , injuries ,illegal activities such as carry banned drugs , unlawful activities during the tour.
• Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour. 
• Covid Guidelines must be followed by all travellers .
• Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip Manager(s). Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. We shall call you twice before the schedule departure.
• Travelers can not drink or smoke in the vehicle during the trip. Any kind of misbehavior that happened during the trip, the Trip manager has the whole and sole responsibility to cancel your trip on the same point.
• Virtual Travel Manager will be appointed.
• Midlife Holidays reserves the right to take photographs of participants of a tour with their concerns that may be used for promotional purposes. Participants who would prefer their image not be used must identify themselves to the tour leader/company at the commencement of a trip
• Company has rights to terminate any person during trip due to misconduct / anti social activities / breaching of rules – laws / illegal activities / disrespectful to any person , in this case we will refund amount of the remaining trip.
• The Volvo bus halts for lunch/dinner wherever required are predefined by the vendor and cannot be changed by us as per our convenience.
