🎒🧳 Luggage Policy – Midlife Holidays
To ensure a smooth and safe journey for all, passengers are requested to follow the below luggage guidelines:
✅ Allowed Luggage
- Personal Luggage Limit
- Each passenger is allowed 1 medium-sized bag (up to 20 kg) and 1 small handbag/backpack.
- Extra bags may not be allowed unless space is available.
- No Oversized Items
Oversized items like big suitcases, trolleys, or trunks will be accepted only if pre-informed and if space permits. - Luggage Placement
All large bags must be stored in the vehicle’s boot or designated luggage area. Handbags can be carried inside.
🚫 Not Allowed in Vehicle
- No Heavy Commercial Goods
Transporting goods for business or in bulk (e.g. cartons, tool kits, heavy equipment) is strictly not allowed. - No Hazardous Items
Carrying flammable items, weapons, alcohol, or any illegal substance is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
💼 Handling & Responsibility
- Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Midlife Holidays is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. - Label Your Bags
Please label your luggage with your name and phone number to avoid mix-ups. - Keep Valuables With You
Passengers are advised to carry valuables (money, electronics, documents, etc.) in their handbag and not leave them in the luggage compartment.
📦 Extra Luggage Charges
- Extra Luggage May Be Charged
If you carry more than the allowed luggage, an additional charge of ₹200–₹500 per extra bag may apply based on available space. - Uninformed Extra Luggage May Be Denied
Extra or oversized luggage not informed during booking may be denied at boarding time.
