To ensure smooth operations, safety, and fairness for all parties, Midlife Holidays reserves the following rights:
🔒 1. Right to Modify or Cancel Itinerary
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or cancel any part of the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns.
- Take alternate decisions in the interest of the group’s safety and logistics.
⛔ 2. Right to Deny Service
We have the right to:
- Deny service to any individual found to be intoxicated, violent, abusive, or disrespectful toward staff, drivers, guides, or fellow travelers.
- Remove any person from the group without refund in case of indiscipline or misconduct.
🚫 3. Right to Refuse Overloading or Uninformed Luggage
- We reserve the right to refuse extra luggage not mentioned during booking.
- Overloading or carrying prohibited or illegal items is strictly not allowed.
📍 4. Right to Leave Latecomers
- In case of group tours or shared cabs, if a passenger is late beyond waiting time, we reserve the right to leave without them to avoid delays for other passengers.
- No refund will be provided in such cases.
💸 5. Right to Collect Charges for Damages
- If any passenger causes damage to the vehicle, hotel, or partner property, we reserve the right to collect repair/replacement charges or allow the hotel to do so directly.
🧾 6. Right to Adjust Prices
- Prices may change due to fluctuations in fuel prices, taxes, hotel rates, or availability.
- We reserve the right to revise package costs before final booking confirmation.
🚧 7. Right to Not Be Liable for Third-Party Issues
- Midlife Holidays is not liable for:
- Flight, train, or bus delays/cancellations
- Hotel service quality if not operated directly by us
- Acts of God (natural disasters, strikes, landslides, etc.)
📄 8. Right to Use Group Travel Photos or Videos
- We reserve the right to use photos or videos clicked during group tours for promotional purposes on our social media or website unless the client opts out in writing.
📅 9. Right to Apply Cancellation & Rescheduling Charges
- All bookings are subject to our official cancellation and rescheduling policy, and we reserve the right to enforce charges as per policy without exception.
🔐 10. Right to Accept or Reject Bookings
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any booking without assigning a reason, especially in cases where previous behavior or communication indicates potential risk to the group experience.
