🚍 Vehicle Conduct & Cleanliness Policy – Midlife Holidays

To ensure a smooth, safe, and respectful travel experience for all passengers, the following rules are strictly enforced:


🧼 Cleanliness & Damage

  1. No Littering in the Vehicle
    Passengers must keep the vehicle clean. Disposing of waste on the floor or seats is strictly prohibited.
  2. Cleaning Charges
    If the vehicle is made dirty due to spillage, food mess, or vomiting (without vomit bag), a fine of β‚Ή500 to β‚Ή1000 will be charged.
  3. Use of Vomit Bags is Mandatory
    If you’re prone to motion sickness, request a vomit bag. Soiling the vehicle without using one will lead to a fine.
  4. No Shoes on Seats
    Passengers must not place their feet or shoes on seats. Damaged or stained seats will be fined as per repair cost.
  5. Damage to Vehicle
    Any intentional or accidental damage to the vehicle’s interior, windows, seats, or fixtures will be charged at actual repair/replacement cost.

🍺 Behavior & Restrictions

  1. Strictly No Smoking or Drinking
    Smoking, alcohol, or drug use is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Violation may lead to removal from the trip without refund.
  2. No Loud Music or Shouting
    Respect other passengers. Use headphones for personal music. Loud or disruptive behavior may not be tolerated.
  3. No Harassment or Misconduct
    Any misbehavior towards staff or fellow passengers will result in immediate removal from the tour and potential legal action.

⏰ Timing & Attendance

  1. Reporting Time Must Be Followed
    Passengers must report at the designated time and pickup point. A delay of more than 10 minutes may lead to the vehicle leaving without the passenger.
  2. No Refund for Delay or Absence
    If any passenger misses the vehicle due to delay or absence, no refund or alternate arrangement will be provided.
  3. Midlife Holidays Rights Reserved
    The company holds full right to deny boarding or remove any passenger for violating these policies.

🚐 Seat Allocation & Travel Policies β€” Midlife Holidays

  1. First Come, First Serve Booking
    Seats are allocated based on booking sequence. Early bookings get priority seating.
  2. No Seat Holding
    Passengers are not allowed to hold or reserve seats for others. One ticket = one seat.
  3. Front Seats for Medical/Old Age Only
    Front seats are reserved for senior citizens, passengers with medical conditions, or on request with prior approval.
  4. Children Above 5 Years Need Full Seat
    Children aged 5 and above must have a separate seat and ticket. No lap seating is allowed.
  5. Seat Sharing Not Allowed
    For safety reasons, seat sharing between two passengers is strictly prohibited.
  6. Group Seating Not Guaranteed
    In group bookings, we try to seat everyone together, but it depends on availability at the time of booking.
  7. Last-Row Seating
    Last-row seats may have limited reclining and more movement. Requests to avoid these should be made while booking.
  8. No Luggage on Seats
    Seats are strictly for passengers only. Luggage must be placed in the storage area or boot space.
  9. Company Rights Reserved
    Midlife Holidays holds the right to reallocate seats in case of operational or safety reasons.
