πŸ“„ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Midlife Holidays

To maintain transparency and fairness for all travelers, we follow the below policies strictly. Please read carefully before booking.


🟒 1. CANCELLATION BY TRAVELER

  • More than 15 days before travel
    βœ… 75% refund of the total amount.

  • 7–14 days before travel
    βœ… 50% refund of the total amount.

  • Less than 7 days before travel
    ❌ No refund.

  • No Show or Last-Minute Cancellation
    ❌ 100% charges apply. No refund.

Note: Booking charges or convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.


🟑 2. CANCELLATION BY MIDLIFE HOLIDAYS

  • In case we cancel the trip due to unavoidable reasons (natural disasters, administrative restrictions, etc.):

    • βœ… 100% of the paid amount will be refunded OR

    • βœ… Option to reschedule for a future date (subject to availability).

We are not liable for any personal losses (e.g. train/flight cancellations, hotel bookings not done via us).


🌧️ 3. WEATHER / NATURAL DISTURBANCE IMPACT

  • If sightseeing is cancelled due to snowfall, rain, landslide, or road closure, no refund will be issued.

  • Midlife Holidays is not responsible for changes in itinerary caused by weather conditions, accidents, traffic jams, or road blockages.


πŸ”„ 4. RESCHEDULING REQUEST BY PASSENGER

  • More than 10 days before departure:
    βœ… One-time rescheduling allowed free of cost (subject to availability).

  • Less than 10 days before departure:
    πŸ” Rescheduling charge of β‚Ή1000 per person (subject to availability).

  • Less than 5 days before departure:
    ❌ Rescheduling not allowed.


🚫 5. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

  • Midlife Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or alterations caused by:

    • Natural disasters

    • Political unrest or government orders

    • Strikes or riots

    • Road accidents or mechanical issues

No refunds or compensation will be made under such circumstances.


🚍 6. GENERAL TERMS

  • Itinerary and services may be modified if required, but no refund will be provided for unutilized services.

  • If the passenger leaves the tour midway voluntarily or due to misconduct, no refund will be provided.

  • By booking with Midlife Holidays, you accept and agree to all the above terms.
