As a responsible travel company, we ensure smooth hotel check-ins and stays for all our clients. However, to maintain discipline and avoid issues, the following policies must be strictly followed:

- Any damage caused to hotel rooms, furniture, electronics, bathroom fittings, keys, linens, or any hotel property by a guest will be charged at actual repair/replacement cost.
- Midlife Holidays is not responsible for such damages. The passenger must pay directly to the hotel at the time of check-out.
π― 2. Misuse or Misconduct
- Misuse of hotel property, loud behavior, alcohol-related disturbance, or disrespect towards hotel staff is strictly prohibited.
- If such behavior leads to complaints or penalties from the hotel, the client will bear full responsibility, and Midlife Holidays has the right to cancel remaining services without refund.

- Rooms will be allotted as per standard occupancy policy (e.g., 2 persons per double room).

- Midlife Holidays and the hotel will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
